We arrived in Whitefish, MT after spending the day exploring Glacier National Park, traveling on Going to the Sun Road. We made it in the nick of time in that Going to the Sun Road will close from Logan Pass (the peak) to Saint Mary (east entrance to park) for road work on Sunday, Sept. 21.
As in Yellowstone NP, we saw a bear crossing the road, who also did not want his picture taken.
