Phoenix, Arizona

Mile 7281:

We visited Balboa Park in San Diego this morning.  It is a cultural park.  The buildings are of Spanish Colonial design.

Spreckels Organ Pavilion at Balboa Park--features the one of the world's largest outdoor pipe organs. 
A concert is held each Sunday afternoon.  We were not there on a Sunday.

After leaving the park, we headed to Phoenix, AZ.  The landscape changed to desert as we got closer to the Arizona border.
